Transferring Credit Resources
Each college determines how college credits taken during high school will transfer, so it can be challenging to plan ahead; however, there are ways to research to get an idea of how your credits will transfer.
Transferology
Students can create a Transferology account to research how credits transfer. Students will need to add the courses they took in high school first, and then they can search for matches.
College Websites
Students can search "transfer credit" on college websites to search for resources on how credits transfer to each college. The college website should direct you to their credit transfer policies and, if available, transfer credit guides.
College Registrar
Another great resource is to contact each college's Registrar. The Registrar can help with answering questions about how credits transfer to each major and towards general education requirements.
